I’m Monique and an Encouragement Leader, Soul and Life Coach, Spiritual Advisor, writer and photographer with 240,000 followers worldwide. My wisdom has helped millions with their life and ignited their potential with the rise regardless way. I have reached 14 million people a year when I was broadcasting my wisdom and insight.
I have been through many spiritual upgrades and awakenings throughout my lifetime. They bring hardships, gifts and dark nights of the soul. My last awakening was one of the worst I’ve ever been through. It has been profound and life altering. It shattered an ego identity and I received more spiritual gifts.
Many years ago for 16 years I spent my time living in a flat near Bondi Beach with severe CFS after glandular fever. For 8 of these years I worked a little but for the other 8 I was mainly housebound. I was like a nun/monk living in a cave. There a lot of work was done.
As a child I had certain knowings and gifts. I went to church every Sunday and studied the bible for a year in order to receive holy communion.
My first major spiritual awakening was with brain surgery at age 22.
I had another when living as a dancer in Byron Bay in 1997, studying Butoh (dark night of the soul) at Northern Rivers Conservatorium.
When I had the second pfzier jab I experienced another due to the injuries I received and several death experiences.
It can be difficult to get the help you require, especially when spiritual insights are downloading and turning things into a mess. If there are health concerns I can help with that too. All relationship issues, spiritual upgrades are a 3 in 1 arrangement. Body, mind/heart and spiritual. There can also be delay between the spiritual shifts.
I have seen and studied many understandings including New Age, Christian, chakra and kundalini yoga, Aboriginal dreamtime, Greek and Roman mythology, Marie Von Franz – Jungian dream interpretation, Kabbalah – Jewish mysticism, archetypes of the soul – Caroline Myss, personal development and mind set beliefs – Tony Robbins, neuroplasticity – Ian Cleary, and more. I will work with you and where you are at.
I can also help with visionary work, sorting out gifts, spiritual boundary setting, and relationships soul healing. All relationship issues are a place where spiritual growth can occur if you get the right help.
At present, I am reading about female Christian mystics and prophetesses of the European middle ages. There were churches in Southern France, Austria and Bavaria where you could enter and talk to a white prophetess for advice and counsel. Shamanism had its place there too.
I am a prophetess, and life coach.
A psychic gift may be knowing in nature. Some call these psychic gifts but I prefer to name them spiritual gifts. They are God given. I have some sight. Some come to me for spiritual help and others for life coaching.
I am not happy that women who are given spiritual gifts have had to live outside the christian faith as psychics or witches. I am a women of faith.
There is an awakening happening on earth. It’s a very special time. It is not just the woo woo people receiving information and gifts. I am here to help those who are coming to terms with their spiritual identity. Men and women alike.
A spiritual awakening, spiritual upgrade, ascension, spiritual rejuvenation, healing crisis, or relationship issue is a very challenging time for you. It has many names.
Everyone needs help from time to time about various predicaments. Then there is the awakening which will stretch far and wide in your life. The inner turmoil can be hard to bear.

Meet Monique
I first got onto Twitter when I was very ill in bed. I was isolated and housebound. I didn’t like the motivational messages out there so I decided to create my own version. They were lessons about life, thought-provoking ideas, and encouragement. Things took off.
What I was tweeting about just resonated with people. By the end of the year I had 60,000 followers, and I gained another 120,000 in the next 12 months. At 20,000 followers I got my first interview and it hasn’t stopped since.
I went on Twitter when it was new. It took me months to figure out how to write these messages – a new way. Now everyone writes like me on social media. My insights has been used by Gordana Biernat, Danielle La Porte, Marc and Angel, Eckhart Tolle, Tiny Budhha.
