I have been through spiritual upgrades throughout my lifetime.
I went to church every Sunday. At age 12, I studied the bible two hours every Friday after school for a year.
I received three scholarships while studying at University. I was fast tracked to take a leadership position at The Smith Family organisation. Later, at NSW Film and TV Office (now Screen NSW) I was the youngest person in the NSW government in charge of digital media funding. I met with the Premier.
I had ptsd from a car accident when a child.
My first spiritual experience was with brain surgery as a young adult.
I studied Japanese Butoh (dark night of the soul) at Lismore Conservatorium for one year as an invited guest.
Many years ago, I lived in Sydney with severe CFS after glandular fever for some years. There a lot of work was done. It was hard and gruelling.
When I had the pfzier jab for Covid I experienced another awakening and dark night of the soul due to severe injuries and had several near death experiences.
My background includes Christian and New Age, Joseph Campbell mythology, Marie Von Franz – Jungian dream interpretation, and fairytales at University of UTS, archetypes of the soul – Caroline Myss, personal development – Tony Robbins, mind set beliefs, and neuroplasticity. I worked as a film journalist, assessed feature film scripts and studied the ancient mythical structures.
I’ve been a yogi for 25 years.
All light sources are a place where spiritual growth can occur.
I am reading about female Christian mystics and prophetesses of the European medieval ages and early renaissance – churches in parts of Europe – Southern France, Bavaria and Austria. You could enter the church and talk to a prophetess for advice and counsel. In fact, renaissance means ‘rebirth’ in French – the enlightenment period. As a Hohnberg (Hohenberg and medieval spelling Hohenburg) this is my lineage.
I am a mystic and yogi.
There are life path choices and shifts.
The dark night of the soul is a dangerous, scary and sometimes exciting.
The spiritual author, Shannon Kaiser, states the main events that trigger your upgrade can be ~
“life-threatening illnesses, car accidents, divorces, war, pandemics, quarter-life or midlife crises, mental health crises such as … depression or anxiety, or even a near-death experience.”
